BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block
3/7
listing of 3,462,902 new ordinary shares of 11 pence each in Old Mutual plc (the Company), and to
the London Stock Exchange for such block listed shares to be admitted to trading, in each case when
issued.
The application is being made in respect of shares to be issued pursuant to various share incentive
plans of the Company, as follows:

The Old Mutual plc Share Reward Plan 62,902
The Old Mutual plc 2008 Sharesave Plan 3,400,000
When issued, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the
Company.
Admission of the shares to the Official List is expected to occur on 13 March 2015.
