   The Company’s issued ordinary share capital at 7 February 2017 comprised 4,929,957,657 ordinary
   shares of 11 3/7p each and, in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and
   Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights for the purposes of calculating disclosable
   interests in the Company’s ordinary share capital was also 4,929,957,657.
