Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial
Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 August
2013 will be posted to shareholders on 29 November 2013
and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were released on SENS on 24 October 2013.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the Company will be held at 35 Third Street, Wynberg,
Sandton, Gauteng on Wednesday, 12 February 2014 at 10h00
to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice, forming part of the Annual Financial
Statements.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in
the Company's securities register on Friday, 22 November
2013.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend
and vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Friday, 31
January 2014.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be
recorded as such in the Company's securities register in
order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 7 February 2014.
Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on
Monday, 10 February 2014.
