DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that:

  - Gingko Trading (Pty) Limited (“Gingko Trading”) has acquired
    an interest in the securities of the Company such that the
    total interest in the securities of the Company held by
    Gingko Trading amounts to 6.69% of the total issued
    securities of that class in the share capital of the Company;
    and

  - Gingko Investments No 2 (Pty) Limited (“Gingko Investments No
    2”) has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company
    such that the total interest in the securities of the Company
    held by Gingko Investments No 2 amounts to 5.23% of the total
    issued securities of that class in the share capital of the
    Company.
