POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that the Company's Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2018, will be posted today, Thursday, 30 August 2018, and contains no changes to the abridged audited financial
results which were published on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and SENS on 14 June 2018. A copy of the Company's
Integrated Annual Report is available on the Company's website, http://www.mainland.mu/investors.

Included in the Integrated Annual Report is a notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, which will be held at
c/o Intercontinental Fund Services Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius on Friday, 21 September
2018 at 11:00 a.m. Mauritius Time (09:00 a.m. South African time).

Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE
Limited ("JSE").
