The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of Mainland and the general public that the abridged unaudited financial
statements for the three months and nine months ended 31 December 2017 have been published.

Copies of the abridged unaudited financial statements for the three months and nine months ended 31 December 2017 are
available free of charge, upon request at the registered office of the Company at c/o Intercontinental Fund Services
Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.

Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary listing
on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
