DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS AND ASSOCIATES OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, pursuant to the Imbalie Beauty
rights offer, which closed on Friday, 23 February 2018, the
underwriters, namely Holistics Remedies (Pty) Limited and SA Madiba
Investments (Pty) Limited, have taken up their rights in terms of
their underwriting commitment and have thus fulfilled their
underwriting commitment.
Holistics Remedies (Pty) Limited on-sold 176 500 000 of its rights
offer shares off market to directors of Imbalie Beauty as reported
below.
Shareholders are advised that a director of Imbalie Beauty has
elected to follow her rights and have accordingly, in compliance
with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, the following is disclosed:
