PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“PSG”)

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies
Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification that PSG has, in aggregate, disposed all of
its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total interest in the ordinary shares held by
PSG now amounts to 0% of the total issued ordinary shares
of the Company.

ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES BY CLIENTS OF CORONATION ASSET
MANAGEMENT PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“CORONATION”)

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies
Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended and paragraph 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification   that  clients   of  Coronation   have,  in
aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares held by Coronation’s clients now amounts to 14.49%
of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
