DECLARATION OF AN INTERIM DIVIDEND                                              
Shareholders are referred to the financial results announcement that was        
published on SENS earlier this morning and should take note that reference was  
incorrectly made to a FINAL dividend.  The Board of Directors has in actual fact
resolved to declare an INTERIM dividend (number 23) of 8 cents per ordinary     
share.
