CHANGE IN FINANCIAL YEAR-END OF THE COMPANY

Ordinary and Preference shareholders are advised that the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) has
approved a change in the Company’s financial year-end from 31 March 2018 to 30 June 2018.

The Company will issue reviewed financial results for the 12 months ending 31 March 2018 in line with the JSE
Listings Requirements.
