Mr Tshivhase swapped his shares in Pinnacle for the equivalent
value of shares in Rolfes Holdings Limited (Share Code “RLF”)
of which he is also a director. All trades were done off-market
with the trusts of Messrs A J Fourie and E van der Merwe (who
are directors of both Pinnacle and Rolfes Holdings Limited) and
with a third party, in order to allow Mr Tshivhase to diversify
his investment across both companies.

Clearance to deal was obtained in terms of paragraph 3.66 of
the Listings Requirements.
