Update re business rescue proceedings of Holdings, withdrawal of Cautionary Announcement and
resignation as Designated Adviser

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 February 2017 regarding the business
rescue proceedings of Holdings.

The business rescue practitioner of the company has decided that there are no prospects to rescue the
company or deliver a better return for affected parties than a liquidation would. It has been decided to bring
an application as soon as practically possible to liquidate the company. The liquidation application documents
will be served on all affected parties in due course.

Shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in
their securities

Shareholders are advised that Exchange Sponsors has resigned as Designated Adviser of the company with
immediate effect.
