Gavin Jones, a director of Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited (“SPFM”), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Acucap and the statutory manager of Sycom Property Fund (“Sycom”), has disposed of
shares in Acucap in order to settle maturing loans granted by the Acucap Unit Purchase Trust Scheme.
