The 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme (Scheme) terminated on 11 May 2015 in accordance with the
Scheme rules. All options to buy ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (Shares) awarded
under the Scheme have either been exercised or have lapsed. No further Shares will be allotted under
the block listing associated with the Scheme and the remaining balance of 46,512 Shares is hereby
cancelled.
