TRADING STATEMENT
Omnia is a diversified specialist chemical services company providing customised
solutions to the chemicals, mining and agriculture markets.
Shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the
company`s headline earnings per share and basic earnings per share for the year
ended 31 March 2009 is expected to be between 40% and 60% higher against the
previous corresponding period.
The primary reasons for this increase in headline earnings per share and basic
earnings per share is as a result of the buoyant conditions in the markets
served by the Group, particularly in the first half of the current year as
compared to the previous year.
Omnia remains focused on balancing the Group`s risk profile and pursuing new
growth opportunities, both nationally and internationally.
It is anticipated that the results for the year ended 31 March 2009 will be
published on or about 23 June 2009.
