KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 16 (Reuters) – Malaysia’s current account
surplus fell to 14.3 billion ringgit ($3.42 billion) in the
second quarter from 16.4 billion ringgit in the previous three
months, the central bank said on Friday.
Portfolio investment saw a net outflow of 10.2
billion ringgit, compared with a net inflow of 2.1 billion
ringgit in the first quarter of 2019.
