Shareholders of Adcock Ingram are advised that the Company released its interim financial
results for the six-month period ended 31 December 2024 today, Thursday, 20 February 2025.

Accordingly, stakeholders are invited to attend an audio webcast or conference call which will
be hosted by Mr Andy Hall, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Dorette Neethling, Chief Financial
Officer, at 11:00 on Thursday, 20 February 2025.
