CHANGE TO THE BOARD: APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Motus ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Brenda Baijnath (Brenda) has been appointed as
the Chief Financial Officer designate with effect from 1 September 2024, and an Executive Director and the
Chief Financial Officer of the Group with effect from 1 November 2024.

Brenda is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with B. Accounting, B. Com (Hons) and MBA qualifications. She qualified
as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2002. Brenda recently completed an Executive Discovery
Programme hosted by EgonZehnder and Mobius Executive Leadership in Boston, USA.

Brenda has over 22 years' experience in both the auditing and private sectors. After completing her articles at
Deloitte in South Africa, she worked in the USA for three years. On her return to South Africa, she joined the
Sasol Group and held various executive finance and strategy roles for 18 years. She has diverse professional
experience including auditing, financial management, corporate governance, strategy and project development
and implementation as well as business development.

The Board wishes Brenda well in her new role at Motus.
