Correction to 2021 Headline Earnings Per Share Comparator in 2022 Interim Results


Shareholders are referred to the interim results announcement dated 10 August 2022 and are
advised that incorrect information was disclosed for the basic and diluted headline earnings per
share H1 2021 comparatives. The correct information is as follows:


•     Basic headline earnings per share of 11.7 pence (H1 2021: 1.4 pence)
•     Diluted headline earnings per share of 11.6 pence (H1 2021: 1.4 pence)


This correction is a required disclosure in accordance with the requirements of our secondary
listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
