In terms of section 90(1) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.86 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Group Audit Committee will propose, for approval at the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders, scheduled for 27 October 2022, that Deloitte and designated partner John Kruger, be appointed as external auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 June 2023. The audit services of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. will continue until completion of their statutory commitments for Clientèle’s 2022 financial year (which is expected to be on or about the date of the 2022 Annual General Meeting) and subject to the approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, whereafter Deloitte’s appointment will commence.
