Shareholders are hereby advised that the Integrated Report for the year ended 31 March 2022, incorporating the
notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM”), has been distributed to shareholders today, 25 July 2022.

Notice of AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 30th AGM of Telkom will be conducted through electronic communication on
Wednesday, 24 August 2022 at 10h00.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the AGM should connect to the AGM by using the link that will be provided.
Please refer to the notice of AGM which contains full details for electronic participation at the AGM.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:
