CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (“the Board”) of the Salungano Group is pleased to announce that Ms Yolande Lemmer
has been
appointed as the Group Company Secretary, replacing FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd, with effect from 1 July
2022.

Ms Lemmer is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a consummate Company Secretary
and Legal and Governance Specialist, with more than 25 years’ experience in the legal, company secretarial
and governance disciplines. She holds BA (Law), B Proc and LLB degrees from the University of South Africa
and a post-graduate certificate in risk management from the University of Cape Town.

Ms Lemmer has represented FluidRock Co Sec (Pty) Ltd as governance consultant at the Salungano Group
since FluidRock’s appointment as interim company secretary of the Salungano Group on 1 February 2020, and
her permanent appointment in the position ensures seamless continuity in the role.

The Board would like to welcome Ms Lemmer to the role and is satisfied that she possesses the competence
and experience to fulfil the role successfully.
