CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of Directors of Rebosis (“the Board”) hereby notifies
shareholders that Ms Nomfundo Qangule, an independent non-executive director, has resigned from the Board
with effect from 31 May 2022. Furthermore, Ms Qangule will not stand for re-election as chairperson of the
social and ethics committee and as member of the audit and risk committee at the upcoming annual general
meeting on 31 May 2022.

The above is in line with Rebosis’ new board tenure policy of a maximum tenure of nine years.

The Board would like to thank her for her contribution and services to the Company and wishes her all the
success for her future endeavours.

An update to the Board committee compositions will be communicated in due course.
