Shareholders are advised that Zeder’s audited consolidated annual financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2022, including an unmodified audit opinion thereon, have
been published on Zeder’s website at https://www.zeder.co.za/Zeder-AFS-2022.pdf. The
audit opinion includes communication of key audit matters.

The audited consolidated annual financial statements contain no modifications to the
reviewed preliminary consolidated annual financial results which were published on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (“SENS”) on 13 April 2022.

DETAILS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

It is anticipated that the annual general meeting of Zeder ordinary shareholders will be
held on Wednesday, 20 July 2022, at 10:00 am (“AGM”) and that it will be conducted
electronically.

The notice for the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders in due course, accompanied
by a summary of the Company's consolidated annual financial statements for the year
ended 28 February 2022, with such notice also being given on SENS.
