FURTHER ANNOUCEMENT REGARDING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 7 January 2022 (the “initial
announcement”) providing details of Rebosis’ annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held at the offices
of the Company and via electronic participation on Tuesday, 31 May 2022 at 10h00.

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, the Company hereby informs shareholders that the AGM will
now be held entirely via electronic participation. Therefore, shareholders or their duly appointed
proxy(ies) that wish to participate in the AGM via electronic communication must deliver the duly
completed electronic participation form which forms part of the notice of AGM to:
