RETIREMENT OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders of Reunert are
hereby advised that, after consideration of her personal commitments and her long service to the board of
directors of Reunert (“Board”), Advocate NDB Orleyn, a non-executive director of the Company, has
informed the Board of her intention to retire from the Board with effect from 30 June 2022.

The Board records its sincere gratitude to Advocate Orleyn for her significant contribution to the
deliberations of the Board and Board committees over the years and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
