LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXIFR SECURITIES

SATRIXIFR has issued and listed an additional 100 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R52.32 per security. Following the listing 
of the 100 000 securities, there will be 1 849 179 SATRIXIFR
securities in issue.
