REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Anglo American Platinum held on Thursday 12 May 2022 (“AGM”), all the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes. In this regard, Anglo
American Platinum confirms the voting results from the AGM as follows:
