PROGRESS ON REAPPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY


Further to the announcement published on 9 February 2022, shareholders are advised
of the following:

Reappointment of former Designated Advisor and Company Secretary
The Board of Directors is pleased to advise that the Company has reappointed
AcaciaCap Advisors Proprietary Limited (“AcaciaCap”) with effect from 12 March
2022 to assist with its JSE regularisation process on an interim basis, and, subject to
certain conditions being achieved, as Designated Advisor to the Company.

AcaciaCap will be assisting the Company with its ongoing regularisation and
compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements and guiding the Company to achieve
its unsuspension in due course.

Light Consulting Proprietary Limited has similarly been reappointed with effect from
12 March 2022 to assist with regularisation work, and, subject to certain conditions
being achieved, as Company Secretary to assist the Company with its regularisation
and ongoing compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory
requirements.

A further announcement will be made on the permanent appointment in due course.
