ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGWD SECURITIES

SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 600 000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 47.57
per security.


Following the listing of the 600 000 securities, there will be 241 676 018 SYGWD
securities in issue.
