Admission of Scrip Shares

Further to the announcements on 12 January 2022 of the proposed allotment of 2,695,067 ordinary
shares (the "Scrip Shares") pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Company can
confirm that the Scrip Shares have been successfully issued and admitted to the main market of the
London Stock Exchange Plc and admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial
Conduct Authority and have been issued and admitted to trading on the main board of the JSE Limited.

Sirius Real Estate advises that, as of today, the Company's total issued share capital consists of
1,172,160,992 ordinary shares of no par value. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,172,160,992.
