PSG INSURE DIRECTOR AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Shareholders are advised that Rikus Visser, the current CEO of the Company’s subsidiary
PSG Insure, has informed us that he wishes to retire with effect from 1 August 2022. Rikus
has had a distinguished career in the financial services industry and will, upon his retirement,
become the non-executive chairman of PSG Insure, which houses, among others, the
Company’s Western National Insurance South Africa and Western National Insurance
Namibia businesses.
Cedric Masondo, a highly regarded industry veteran, will be retiring as CEO of SASRIA during
May 2022 and will thereafter succeed Rikus as CEO of PSG Insure with effect from 1 August
2022. Changes are subject to regulatory approval.
The Board would like to thank Rikus for his valuable contribution to the Group over the years.
The Board looks forward to his continued contribution as non-executive chairman of PSG
Insure and to working with Cedric to grow the business further.
