DISTRIBUTION OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


Further to Arrowhead’s reviewed results for the year ended 30 September 2021, released on SENS on 24
November 2021 (“Reviewed Results”), the audited annual financial statements are now available on the
Company’s website at https://arrowheadproperties.co.za/cmsAdmin/uploads/annual-results/audited-afs-
2021.pdf.

The audited annual financial statements and the audit report of the independent auditors, BDO South Africa,
contain no modifications to the aforementioned Reviewed Results and independent auditor’s review
conclusion.

A further announcement will be released once the integrated annual report, incorporating the notice of
annual general meeting, is distributed to shareholders.
