ERRATUM - SPECIAL DIVIDEND DECLARATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are hereby advised that there was an error in one of the dates in the Special
Dividend announcement published on SENS on 9 December 2021.

The announcement of 9 December 2021 reflected a record date of Friday, 7 January
2021, this should have read Friday, 7 January 2022.

All other dates remain unchanged.
