ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGEMF SECURITIES

SYGEMF has issued and will list an additional 1 500 000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 18.4 per
security.


Following the listing of the 1 500 000 securities, there will be 79 428 629 SYGEMF
securities in issue.
