CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
appointment of Mr Sean Riskowitz as a non-executive director of Finbond, effective 1 January 2022.

Mr Riskowitz is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Midbrook Lane and graduated from the
University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, after which he specialised in
private wealth management. He is the managing member of Riskowitz Capital Management LLC and
Protea Asset Management LLC.

The designation of Mr Tyrone Moodley, a current non-executive director of Finbond, will be amended
to alternate non-executive director on behalf of Mr Sean Riskowitz.
