CONSTITUTION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

Following the appointment of Mrs K R Moloko to the Bidcorp board, the Nominations Committee has
considered the constitution of the board committees, taking into account the skills, qualifications and
experience contributed by each Bidcorp board director; and as such have approved the following
board committee appointments, effective date November 1 2021:

    1. Mrs Keneilwe Moloko be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Social
        and Ethics Committee (SEC);
    2. Mrs Tasneem Abdool-Samad be appointed as chairman of the SEC, replacing Mr Nigel Payne
        as chairman, who will remain on as a member of the SEC; and
    3. Mr Paul Baloyi be appointed as a member of the Nominations Committee.
