Nu-World shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS at 17h00 on Wednesday, 27 October
2021 (“the Announcement”) and are referred to the salient dates in the Notice of AGM therein and are advised that the
following dates were incorrectly disclosed as 2021:

shareholders that may attend, speak and vote at the AGM       Friday, 4 February 2022

MEETING DATE                                                  Wednesday, 9 February 2022
