NATIONAL TREASURY’S SWITCH AUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT


The National Treasury previously announced that the switch auctions would be conducted in line
with the published calendar on the investor relations website, in order to create more certainty
around the switch auction dates.

The switch auction scheduled for 11 November 2021 coincides with the newly published date for
the tabling of the MTBPS. The auction will now be moved to an earlier date of 04 November 2021.

An updated switch auction calendar for 2021/22 has been uploaded on the investor relations
website (http://investor.treasury.gov.za/Calendars%20and%20Events/Forms/AllItems.aspx).
