SABZK unmodified reviewed condensed interim financial statements for the six
months ended 30 June 2021 ("interims")

SABZK shareholders are advised that the Company's interims have been released
and are available on SABZK's website at https://www.investecsps.co.za/ and for
inspection at SABZK's registered address at 65 Park Lane, Sandown, Sandton, 2196.
SABZK shareholders are further advised that the unmodified review report of the
independent auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., is included in
these interims.

Although there is no material uncertainty relating to going concern,
shareholders are advised that The South African Breweries Proprietary Limited
advanced a facility amount of R12,0 million to SAB Zenzele Kabili Holdings
(RF) Limited to assist the Company in meeting its immediate liquidity
shortfall. This advance was provided to assist the Company in meeting its
operational obligations until the intended receipt of the next dividend from
AB InBev.
