ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGJP SECURITIES

SYGJP has issued and will list an additional 2 200 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 15.92 per security.


Following the listing of the 2 200 000 securities, there will be 54 857 851
SYGJP securities in issue.
