CHANGE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE


Shareholders are referred to the condensed unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months end
31 August 2021 released on SENS on 6 October 2021, which included the declaration of an interim dividend for the
period.

Shareholders are advised that due to the municipal elections, Monday, 1 November 2021, has been gazetted as an
official public holiday in South Africa and as such, the dividend payment date will now be Tuesday,
2 November 2021. All other salient dates applicable to the dividend remain unchanged.
