Shareholders are advised that the full Notice of Annual General meeting for the year ended 30
June 2021 is available on the Company's website at
reports/and will be posted to shareholders today.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders of Super
Group, in respect of the year ended 30 June 2021 will be held by electronic meeting participation
only (subject to any adjournment or postponement) on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 at 09:00.

The record date in terms of section 59(1)(a) of the Act for shareholders to be recorded on the
securities register of the Company in order to receive notice of the meeting was Friday, 01
October 2021. The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote is Tuesday, 09 November 2021.
The record date in terms of section 59(1)(b) of the Act for shareholders to participate in and vote
at the annual general meeting is Friday, 12 November 2021.
