The parties are still committed to conclude the Sale and have agreed to a further addendum to the agreement, in terms of which: • The Purchaser has made a further non-refundable deposit of R1,000,000.00 on 23 September 2021, which means that the Purchaser has to date paid a total non- refundable deposit of R11,000,000.00; • Furthermore, the Purchaser shall make a further non-refundable deposit of R3,000,000.00, before or on 30 September 2021 (bringing the total non-refundable disposal to R14,000,000.00 at 30 September 2021); • Bank guarantees must be provided for the balance of the Purchase Price, by 29 October 2021.
