DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Mr de Klerk had a total of 71 003 short term incentive options vest. He
exercised all the options of which he sold 31 951 to cover the taxation on
these options and he retained 39 052.

Under the company’s minimum shareholding requirements, introduced two years
ago, Mr de Klerk is required to hold shares to the equivalent of 150% of his
fixed remuneration. As of 30 June 2021, Mr de Klerk has a shareholding of
2 975 389 shares equating to 781% of his fixed remuneration. Directors have a
period of 5 years from the adoption of the policy to accumulate their holdings.
