On 31 August 2021 the Company published its audited abridged financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2020 and unaudited financial statements for the three months ended 31 May 2020, six months ended 31 August 2020 and nine months ended 30 November 2020. Comparative information has also been published. Following the publication of the audited results for the Company for the year ended 29 February 2020, whereby the various subsidiaries have been deconsolidated and the investment in subsidiaries fully impaired, shareholders are advised that the cautionary announcement is now withdrawn. Update on Publication of Financial Information The Company still has to publish its 28 February 2021 audited financial results, which publication is expected on or before 30 October 2021. Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
