(25.60 cents per share net) for the year ended 30 June 2021 (2020: 29.50 cps) has been declared
and is payable to shareholders on Monday, 25 October 2021. The last day to trade will be Tuesday,
19 October 2021, the ex date is Wednesday, 20 October 2021 and the record date will be Friday,
22 October 2021. Share certificates may not be dematerialised or re-materialised between
Wednesday, 20 October 2021 and Friday, 22 October 2021, both days inclusive. The directors
confirm that the solvency and liquidity test is satisfied at the date of this report.
