                             Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

   On 27 July 2021, Vivo Energy plc declared an interim dividend of 1.70000 US cents per share.

   The default payment of dividends is in US Dollars. For shareholders who hold their shares through
   the London Stock Exchange, and have elected to receive their dividends in GBP Sterling, this
   announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate as at 25 August 2021, applicable
   for the interim dividend.
