ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYGESG SECURITIES

SYGESG has issued and will list an additional 1 500 000 securities with effect from
the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR 37.41
per security.


Following the listing of the 1 500 000 securities, there will be 11 246 762 SYGESG
securities in issue.
