Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES

SYGP will partially delist 5 270 515 securities from the JSE with
commencement of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 44.59 per
security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 9 862 736 SYGP
securities in issue.
